Complimentary annual labs ( your annual labs are completely free of charge when choosing our monthly Advanced membership $110/month) -  these labs include: CBC, CMP, Lipid profile, A1C, TSH, T3, T4. We draw all labs right here in our clinic so no dealing with the hassle of Quest, LabCorp, or other laboratory centers.
 

Detailed functional medicine lab panels at discounted price: GI map, parasite testing, genetic testing, MTHFR testing, heavy metal blood tests, allergy panels.

20% off following IV therapy services:

Immidiate Immunity - May shorten illness duration, may speed up recovery time from illness, surgery, or body ailments, and may boost the immune system to help fight against invading pathogens.

Discounted laboratory/blood work and discounted tests (STD, drug, flu, Covid, strep) completed here in our clinic.

Business Primary Care Benefits $60-$75 per employee/month depending on company size and number of employees.

This includes all of the benefits listed in the Basic Primary Care Package for each employee. *Enrollment fee for businesses is $150 per business, fee waived for Veteran business owners*
 

We do not accept insurance. This is a cash-based clinic seeking to provide primary care access to those who do not have health insurance or to those looking to have supplemental healthcare.
 

One-Time Enrollment Fee: $99 per individual or $150 per family or business (Enrollment fee waived for Verterans and First Responders).


*Enrollment fee waved for Veterans who choose any of the business, family, or individual memberships. Enrollment fee waived for first responder who choose either the individual or family memberships.*

 


 

Payment Methods and Plan

  • Commitment: Minimum 6-month initial commitment. Converts to month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days notice.

  • Accepted Methods:

    • Automatic Monthly Recurring Payments (Credit Card, ACH Bank Draft).

    • Annual Pre-Payment (receive one month FREE).

    • HSA/FSA (confirm eligibility with administrator).

  • Schedule: Fees collected 1st of each month for upcoming service. Initial fee + enrollment fee due upon agreement.

  • Late Payments: 5-day grace period, then $15 late fee. Membership suspension/termination for non-payment.

Important Disclosures:

  • This is NOT health insurance.

  • No third-party billing (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance).

  • Labs, imaging, medications are separate costs (at discounted rates).

  • Scope of practice limitations; referrals for specialist care.

  • Termination with 30 days notice after initial commitment.

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable.
